Naya Kanga peak (5844m.) is previously known as Ganja La Chuli. It rises to the west of Ganja La, and has been a popular but difficult peak to climb. Ascending to Ganja La or the summit of Naya Kanga offers the best panoramic views of mountains in Nepal, Tibet including Langshisa Ri (6370m), Shisapangma (8014m), Pemthang Ri (6836m), Langtang Lirung (7425m), Pemthang Kapro Ri (6830m) and Langtang II (6571m). Easy entry to the region and availability of climbing peak permit make Langtang region a  perfect destination for every climber. Climbing to Ganja La and the top of Naya Kanga offer the amazing panoramic views of mountains in Nepal and Tibet with Pemthang Kapro Ri (6830m), Langtang Lirung (7246m) and Pemthang Ri (6836m).

Naya Kanga peak ascent involves snow and rock climbing from the base camp. Summiting Naya Kanga peak, easy access to the region make the Langtang  region a perfect destination for climbing.

Day 01: Reception at Kathmandu International Airport & transfer to hotel
Day 02: Permits preparation and Briefing on the itinerary
Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Syaprubesi (1460m.) 6-7 drive
Day 04: Trek to Lama Hotel (2769m.) 7 hours walking
Day 05: Trek to Langtang (3200m.) 6-7 hours walking.
Day 06: Trek to Kyanjing Gompa (3700m.) 4 hours walking
Day 07: Acclimatization day in Kyanjing Gompa and overnight at Hotel.
Day 08: Trek to Naya Kanga Base Camp (4400m) 5 hours walking
Day 09: Acclimatization in Naya Kang Base Camp and overnight tent camp
Day 10: Climb up to High Camp (5000m) 4-5 hours walking
Day 11: Summit Naya Kanga (5844m.) back to Base camp 7-8 hrs
Day 12: Trek back to Langtang valley (3200m.) 5 hours walking
Day 13: Trek back to Bamboo (1730m) 5-6 hours walking
Day 14: Trek back to Syaprubesi (1460m.) it takes 4 hours walking
Day 15: Drive back to Kathmandu 6-7 hrs
